Matt has extensive experience in the Affiliate marketing sector having started in 1999 at Pixelpark running HP’s European affiliate marketing program, some 25 years ago! 

Since then Matt worked as CSD for Deal Group Media and latterly set up affiliate marketing consultancy Hatmatic which he ran for 15 years.  He also worked on contract as Head of Affiliates at Greenlight Digital for 5 years 2015-2020. Mid Pandemic he set up a Data Privacy & Compliance business.

Now, with an incredible team, extensive success and experience in Affiliate, Digital Marketing, SEO, Social and Content, all underpinned by smart tech, we’ve embarked on the next chapter.

This time, we are going to market as a collaboration, not as a silo – the market needs something different, and this is it.

Chris has been working within the Affiliate space since 2005, originally setting up performance marketing deals with the likes of Blockbuster (remember them!) to target students across the UK. After university he went on to work at a leading pan-European affiliate network for 5 years, working in both client and publishing-facing roles.
 
He left the network to focus on his own ventures and over the last 5 years has gone on to provide consultancy to clients looking to scale traffic and increase revenue via performance marketing. 
 
Chris is a keen advocate for process efficiency to minimise unnecessary (admin) resource, ensuring a collective focus on revenue-generating activities.

I have worked in digital marketing for more than 10 years. I excel in problem solving, strategy, project management. I am finding joy in helping people solve problems in digital marketing. My proposal for Digital marketing DIY support is to help business owners with technical support so that they spend less time and money in marketing to get more out for their budgets. I have worked with marketing managers and managing directors of companies to help in understanding how leadership and digital marketing integrate to increase the bottom line.
